Faculty of Education researchers shine at McGill’s Rising Stars event

In September of this academic year McGill University's Rising Stars event honoured researchers across the university for significant contributions to their disciplines. The annual gathering pays tribute to a selection of the university's notable research talent, recognizing the success of social science and humanities researchers recently awarded SSHRC Insight Development Grants and/or FRQSC Nouveaux Chercheurs funding.
Ten of those honoured were faculty members within the Department of Education, a testament to our continuing research excellence. Dr. Tina Montreuil was among the principal applicants who received FRQSC support for new academics in 2017.
